How do we do FMEA's ?

Workshop Method

The conventional way - Start from a clean sheet of paper

  • Brainstorming to define functions
  • Creation of block diagram / function tree
  • Indentify boundaries
  • Start FMEA using approved format

The Fast Way

Let Dipl.-Ing. JS Limited do all the leg work
You provide your requirements including:

  • Full set of drawings for each system
  • Bill of Material
  • Provisional assembly process / process flow diagram
  • Engineering Specifications

We will then prepare:

  • Function Tree proposal
  • Boundary Diagram proposal
  • FMEA proposal
